I'm new here. I was wondering if anyone knows of an online support group or group counseling for adults with ADHD? If it's a peer-led support group, I don't think it matters where I am, but if it's a counseling group, I think the counselor has to be licensed in FL. Thanks in advance! I look forward to communicating with some of you here!

Hi Roxizen, I will be watching this post for the answers. I saw that there are virtual support groups on ADDA (ADD.com) and I think there is a directory there and on CHADD for counselors and coaches. I don't know about counselor led support groups. Do keep in mind, I have read that peer led support groups allow you to mingle and get to know each other, outside of the group, whereas group counseling discourages that. I'm not sure if a counselor led support group would be more like a peer support group or group counseling. Obviously I have never been to any of these. But I want to, if I can afford it. I feel like it would help me feel not so alone in my struggle. Though counseling and this forum help.
