So I've been having counselling sessions for pelvic pain, and it's so heavy going.
I'm so overwhelmingly tired with having to relive all this horrid trauma that I've been through and it's such a big thing to get my head round when even don't fully understand it myself.
Any thoughts/words of encouragement? (sorry, I don't mean to sound like begging but I don't have anyone else to talk to).

Hi, we all process this is different ways so be kind to yourself. Do all the things you enjoy (art or whatever you can at home to distract). It sounds like the process is very much necessary so stick with it and do your best to distract rather than dwell outside of your session. Call a friend, do some exercise, meditate etc. You've got this. X
