Geranylgeraniol (GG), Tocotrienols, Ubiquinol (CoQ10), & statins and their relationship w/ lipids, heart health and APC patient treatments.
It's always difficult to present complex topics on this website, which involve anything more than one drug, treatment, or supplement and there relationship/affect on APC outcomes. It's obvious that it's easier to show a double-blind study of only one treatment/drug etc. and not mix several treatments

genetics and cholesterol. Statins
your body produces cholesterol with the levels very much affected by your genetics. I did everything possible to bring mine down and it barely budged. Your decision but I’m on statins and take Coenzyme Q10 supplements as statins affect their levels. Afib doesn’t give you high cholesterol.

ALA +
Along that line of thinking,
Alpha lipoic Acid (ALA) +
should serve well to lower oxidative stress overall in the body and the mitochondria in particular, which will go a long way in improving cell function.

after 14 months of delays round 2….
I had stoped DHEA and
Coq10
as it was costing so much and planned to start 3 months ahead of the next cycle. I have low egg reserve and low AMH last round only 2 eggs but two embryos, sadly neither made it.

Just realised I’ve been taking my wrong vitamins 🤦🏽♀️ will it do any damage?
I literally am so annoyed with myself. I’ve just realised for the past week or two I’ve been taking Pregnacare Conception Max! Instead of my Pregnacare Pregnancy Max! The tablets are the same colour blister packet and I must have got them muddled in my medicine cupboard. I’m worried it will have done

I've also been taking bromelain supplements, Omega 3, Selenium,
coq10
, hyaluronic acid, and collagen. I also made sure to get my thyroid at a good number because I have hypothyroidism. This was a "high quality" AB blastocyst, created with ICSI.

Starting IVF in 3 months with the NHS. Please share tips on how I can prep my body.
I am currently taking OVUM supplement (it has most of the things mentioned in the book it starts with the egg), I am also taking
coQ10
200mg and Omega 3. Should I take vitamin E 200IU? has anyone taken that? Husband is taking
coQ10
, omega 3, vitamin C and D and wellman multivitamin.

CoQ10 and NADH for chronic fatigue
I've been doing a little reading on these two supplements as treatments for Chronic Fatigue. Just a few articles I found through a google search. Seems like this might be promising approach but I also don't know anyone that's tried it. I'm hoping someone here could chime in... In addition to chronic
