Can and anxiety depression be causing all health problems..?
I'm really struggling.. I guess I'm hoping for someone to say "yes this happened to me and now I'm doing great!!" 😅 I realise that's a tall order.. I genuinely feel like something is wrong with my health and feel worse than hungover pretty much every day but tests are showing nothing.. My diagnosis

supplements for teenage migraine
Hello, Can anyone advise which supplements are worth trying for migraines and how much? I saw on the Cleveland’s clinic site the mention of riboflavin, magnesium and coenzyme q10 but it didn’t say how much and if suitable for a 14 year old. My daughter has suffered migraines since the age of 3

I’ve tried magnesium (taurate, glycinate, & citrate), potassium, taurine, d-ribose,
CoQ10
, cut out caffeine, electrolyte powders, hawthorn, motherwort, and even beta blockers (metoprolol and propranolol). Nothing has truly decreased the burden.

Coq10 / Supplements / Donor eggs
Does anyone have any recommendations for good supplements (
coq10
etc) that helped them? We are also considering the donor egg route, so any advice would be welcome! Wishing you all well 👍

I Don't Want To Take A Statin
I have tried garlic tablets and
CoQ10
in the past, and found they did nothing apart from wasting money! 1. I now take plant sterols with each meal (I do not like statins as Drs often prescribe) 2.

Just Diagnosed Osteoporosis - Saying Hello
TAKE
coq10
for mouth via oral and spray regardless of what dentist tells me. I am not someone who cries or spends too much time feeling sorry for myself. But this got me good as it seems to everyone. Takes my breathe away, causes panic and much distress.

Well, It's always something new and fun
I've read about
CoQ10
, Omega3 (fish oil). A lot of words... sorry... but just got the results (electronic version) and haven't had a follow up appointment with the doctor... So... my face has been stuck in Google for hours (which is both helpful...and hell) Thanks for letting me rattle on....

Melatonin for PD
Melatonin (5-methoxy-N-acetyltryptamine): powerful antioxidant that treats abnormalities in sleep-wake cycle, jet lag, cancer, and Parkinson’s disease. Epileptic children have a higher incidence of sleep problems; epilepsy is exacerbated by sleep deprivation. Melatonin has antiepileptic activity. Mechanism

CoQ10 dosage and when to take ?
I have CLL and my hematologist approved
CoQ10
.
CoQ10
is recommended in Mayo litererature, for those with no counter-indications. But I lack good information about how many mg
CoQ10
that I could ingest daily, and when to take the cap or caps . Thus, I would appreciate guidance.

I take hawthorn/magnesium glycinate/taurine/
CoQ10
daily. Had my first episode this year in June and thought it was strangely a lighter episode than usual. Then 2 wks later another "light" episode that lasted just a few hrs and was able to count heartrate and was 112.

Progesterone Levels & Semen Analysis Results- Confused!
Hello lovely ladies🥰, I hope you're all doing OK. So last month my partner and I had some fertility tests done and after we saw the GP for results (NHS), we were left with more questions than answers. I had some basic bloods done- LH, Prolactin, Testosterone, FSH, TSH...ect all came back normal.

Egg collection results are in - what a pointless cycle
I’ve just got home, 4 eggs from only 4 follicles were collected and the clinic have literally just called to say only 3 were mature ☹️ not the result we were hoping for but nothing we can do about it now. I think we will get lucky even if just 1 makes it to blast but I’ve got a feeling none will. I

Co Enzyme Q10 & Alpha Lipoic Acid : good anti oxidants or not helpful bad ideas? Do they extend Healthspan or reduce inflammation?
I take both. I just ordered more regrettably as I’m now reconsidering the evidence behind both. I know many others on HU take them as well. What is the science to explain why? My reason for taking ALA is a lame one. Dr. David Sinclair does. But as I look in to this more I think that maybe neither
