Just realised I’ve been taking my wrong vitamins 🤦🏽‍♀️ will it do any damage?

I literally am so annoyed with myself. I’ve just realised for the past week or two I’ve been taking Pregnacare Conception Max! Instead of my Pregnacare Pregnancy Max! The tablets are the same colour blister packet and I must have got them muddled in my medicine cupboard. I’m worried it will have done damage to the baby or my placenta because the Conception Max has Co-Q10 in it! Which I don’t think you are meant to to take when you’re pregnant. Am really worried / freaking myself out! Of course I will switch back from today but I’ve been on the wrong ones for two weeks! X

hey, I don’t know about the ingredients but it says this on the instructions….

Use Pregnacare Conception Max as soon as you start trying for a baby. To help prepare your body, it can even be used up to 3 months before you start to try for a baby. Once confirmed you are pregnant, you can continue to use any remaining tablets, before taking Pregnacare Original, Liquid, Gummies, Plus or Max.

I didn’t take max only the original but did finish the packet before moving onto the others

Phew ok thanks so fingers crossed it won’t do any harm, I’m nearly 16 weeks pregnant though so I’m really hoping having taken them for only about two weeks by mistake isn’t bad in the long term. It’s the coq10 part that’s worrying me more than anything x

If they say you can continue to finish the pack my thought would be that it can’t be harmful or there is not enough evidence known about it. Call your midwife if you are worried though as I am no medical professional!!

I am 15 weeks so can feel your worry, I have had cramping on and off today! X
