Need courage!
I had a failed round in July, I have put off the second round to take DHEA and
CoQ10
and give them chance to work, but now I need to initiate the 2nd round by ringing the clinic and paying for my drugs, but I’m just really struggling to do it!

2failed rounds, poor egg quality, help!
Hi everyone I’m 34 with endometriosis, ttc for 2.5 years. 2 failed rounds of ivf. The consultant had looked at the time lapse photography and has said that the way the embryos divide up to day 3 show the eggs are poor quality. Already on coq-10 and tried a high protein diet for round 2. What can I do

CoQ10 ubiquinol
I was wondering what brand people were taking? I've been taking one from pure clinica from Amazon which contains vit c and black pepper extract (they say it helps with absorption). I was only taking 300mg daily but planning to up it to 600mg daily for next cycle. Before I reorder, does anyone have a

Co Q10 - does it help?
This has been considered a miracle supplement for diabetics and also the elderly and there has been a huge increase in recent years in the number of users, esp. in the US. If anyone on this forum has been using this, what has been your experience? Has it helped fight fatigue, increased a sense of well

79 year old dad just went off atorvastatin
I am wondering about
CoQ10
supplementation. Also, anyone else go off of a statin after prolonged use and regain funcitoning? After 3 days my dad says that he doesn't feel to much of a difference but sounds way more energetic on the phone. He seemed so depressed, like a zombie.

Are these levels ok? Starting ivf next month
Hi starting a new ivf round next month and had thyroid re checked before starting stims, I'm currently taking DHEA and
coq10
with knowledge of consultant , I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that the
coq10
can effect thyroid.

Acetyl-l-Carnitine and Hashimoto's?
CoQ10
, magnesium, taurine. Carnitine is also recommended for this so I've just got some acetyl-l-carnitine. But now I've read contrasting things - that carnitine can inhibit the absorption of thyroid hormones and alternatively that some people have not found that effect.

I really put thr success down to adding
coq10
and upping my dose of bee pollen this cycle. I only started a few weeks before the cycle started so can only imagine what 3 months in advance would have done.

1st scratch 🤤 then bring on round 4 😔
To be honest I haven't got my hopes up I'm totally turned off from my clinic and dreading going back, they have put us under so much pressure to start this round before the new year due to egg quality, I'm taking DHEA and
coq10
to trying to improve egg quality.

Creatine with CoQ10
Has anyone tried these together? I've read that together, they could be neuroprotective. However, mixing coffee with creatine is really bad and could enhance progression. I'm confused. I though coffee was beneficial for PD.?

Has CoQ10 strengthened my pulse
I understand the reasons why an Alternative Practitioner put me on Mg & Co Q10; to improve the heart function with Mg relaxing and
CoQ10
strengthening the heart muscle.

3rd IVF Cycle, 1st FET sorry for long post.
This time I started to take
Coq10
in my vitamins, I got 13 eggs 8 10 fertilised one top grade blast which was transferred and 4 blast which were frozen. Egg collection this time round wasn't as painful and the aftermath wasn't too bad. I think I was just unlucky the first time round.
