Evening Ladies,

Over the moon that 2 embryos made it to freeze yesterday. They checked the other embryos but they had either stopped dividing or weren't at sufficient grade for freezing. I really put thr success down to adding coq10 and upping my dose of bee pollen this cycle. I only started a few weeks before the cycle started so can only imagine what 3 months in advance would have done. Last cycle was such a disaster so I hope this gives others hope that one bad cycle doesn't mean your next will be the same. X

Oh fab news!!! Well done 👏🏼 I also swear by Co-Q10 - my husband and I have both been on it. Wishing you lots of luck, you should be very proud of yourself for getting to this point and having some lovely embies in the freezer. Xx

Congratulations ! Fabulous news !!

What dose of coq-10 were u on? I've just started mine (100mg daily) and I'm due for egg collection w/c 30th October. Did u start yours a few weeks before stims or a few weeks before ec? Thanks x

Thanks. I stared mine a few weeks before down regulating. I took 300mg as from my research for my amh it seemed like I needed a higher dosage. X

I used zest life coq10. I didn't take dhea. X
