My personal withdrawal from the inhibitor EGCG To add the inhibitor quercetin
I have four years used a GCG to complement my intake of natural sourced levodopa. I finally got tired of the slight nausea that occurs and decided to try a different type of inhibitor, quercetin. I have found a change beneficial. It is going very smoothly and I am sleeping better surprisingly I can sleep

I feel slightly cursed: steroids, COVID and our last embryo...
Any info, suggestions, honest sharing of similar experiences is welcome- I am taking vitamins,
CoQ10
,i am trying to eat healthily and exercise, and I want to make sure I am doing everything I can. And maybe I also need to hear some hard truths...

Has anyone read ‘It Starts with the Egg’ and implemented the advice?
The book makes some very bold claims about how supplements such as
CoQ10
, Melatonin and DHEA (I know this is not licensed in the UK) can improve egg quality if taken 2-3months before an IVF round. Has anyone read the book or had positive outcome by using such supplements?

CoQ10 or not ?
Has anyone taken
CoQ10
to aid heart failure? If so I would be interested in how you got on with it. Was it prescribed or did you buy it yourself ? I would be very grateful for any feedback. Many thanks.

Quick question - I’m taking 200mg

COULD FATIGUE BE CAUSED BY ATORAVASTATIN
A couple of days after I started Atorvastatin 20mg just over two weeks ago I was so heavy tired I couldn't go to church or a walk with my daughter. I have busy Fridays. Again this Saturday completely wiped out and did nothing and missed a quiz night which I really enjoy. I don't want to give up my Friday

Needing some advice
I also took DHEA and
COQ10
. I had 4 eggs collected on Friday but 2 were immature so back to 2 again. 🙄🙄 But I got a phone call on Saturday just gone to say one had taken. I was so pleased as I did not get to this stage last time so I felt a step forward.
