Cerelle and FET
Has anybody been on cerelle pill before FET? I have endometriosis and the gp suggested to go on the pill before we start preparing for FET. Has anybody got any experience with it?

New to all this
I’m new to all this so got so many questions. I’m waiting for a diagnosis for Endo but spoke to many doctors who have said that it’s more than likely is it. I had the coil removed in December to try for a baby but 3 weeks ago was put back on the pill to manage my pain. However, I’ve started with pains

Given no options but the pill
Hi I’m 37 and I had the coil removed in December in May I started suffering terribly with stomach cramps to the point I took myself to a&e were I was just fobbed off. I was tracking my ovulation as I was trying for a baby and it seemed that my pains started around ovulation. Again in June the pains started

Advice about by 18 year old daughter
Hi there I’m really hoping that I can ask for some advice- I’ve come over from the pernicious anaemia forum. I will try to remember everything and keep it simple! This time last year my daughter walked into a glass door whilst on holiday- didn’t lose consciousness and so on return to UK wasn’t investigated

Help for a newbie in despair!?!
Hi, I’m new here... had a large dermoid cyst removed along with the ovary and endo diagnosis in April. I’m feeling pretty deflated after appointment with endo specialist who pretty much said we can try a few things but there are no guarantees with anything, and we need to rule out symptoms being psychosomatic

2 years on and still struggling
I had a very awful PE August of 2018 from Birth control use and have never fully recovered and very tired of crying to my GP what feels like round the clock. First I was told recovery would be quick once I went on treatment after being hospitalised , resuscitated and treated for heart attack until extensive

Strattera tip
I just found out that Strattera can be taken to a compound pharmacy and turned into a liquid, for any parents who had to forego this medicine because their kiddo couldn’t swallow the pill.

Nausea with desogestrel
My consultant changed me from the combined pill onto desogestrel to try and slow the growth of my endo/cyst. I've been taking it for 8 days and I maybe have been having a bit less pain (touch wood) but I've started getting terrible nausea, particularly in the mornings. I've never been pregnant but I'm

Concerned about Ovarian Cancer
Hi everyone! I am a 30 year old who was diagnosed with PCOS about 4 years ago and have been on birth control ever since. About 5 weeks ago, I started to urinate very frequently - it didn’t hurt to urinate, but it hurt when my bladder got full and I just had to empty it. I contacted my dr and was given

Hypothyroidism and post-birth control syndrome
Hi everyone, I have recently come off the pill (about 4 months ago) and have been experiencing terrible cystic acne and hair loss. I also have hypothyroidism and it's been 2 years of readjusting my dose and never getting it right. I always have had swollen lymph nodes which have persisted for years

Will my periods be just as irregular if I switch to the implant from the progestogen only pill?
For eight months I was on the progestogen only pill, since I cannot take medication containing oestrogen, however I experienced long and irregular periods that were just too much to deal with so I stopped taking it. Since then my natural menstrual cycle has resumed and I am considering my next form of

Taking the pill up to IVF?
Hi everyone, unfortunately my surgery did not work. My consultant has told me that due to the state of my tubes I am unlikely to fall pregnant naturally. My consultant and I agreed I would still try to conceive until I have IVF. However my symptoms are so severe I don't think I can handle this much

Mirena coil hatred
Hi, I had a mirena coil in for 8 months since my c section....and it came out on sat. I was so happy because I hate it. I just rang the hospital department to ask about a different contraceptive and they said I have no choice but another coil. I cried on the phone to her. Is this definitely the only

Stringy adhesions
I had a diagnostic laparoscopy in March just before lockdown happened and have been confused ever since. I’ve been told I don’t have endometriosis but that I do have a lot of scar tissue and “cheese string like” adhesions attached to my left ovary and bowel. I have struggled to find much online about
