Taking the pill up to IVF?

Hi everyone, unfortunately my surgery did not work. My consultant has told me that due to the state of my tubes I am unlikely to fall pregnant naturally. My consultant and I agreed I would still try to conceive until I have IVF.

However my symptoms are so severe I don't think I can handle this much more.

My question is, can I go on the pill or zoladex until IVF or do you have to have some time of being 'natural' before IVF? I have been on zoladex before so know what to expect.

So sorry to hear. I had to go through IVF to get pregnant and am currently 22 weeks pregnant so please have hope.

My consultant told me you could take the pill up to starting IVF so no need to be ‘natural’ before but best to check with your consultant and IVF clinic.
