Not getting anywhere. Should I just do as they say?
Can they make me take the pill? Backstory: I have been going back and forth for (9) years about my problems. Symptoms are: I get pains in my right ovary regularly (regardless of where I am in my cycle). I get horrible sharp stabbing pains in my ovary out of the blue when I stretch/bend down. I get period

Pressure left pelvic area
Anyone else experiences pelvic pressure on the left side for nearly a week? Annoying more than anything. I have been diagnosed with endometriosis and am on the mini pill to help with symptoms. It feels similar to ovulation pain I used to get off the pill but surely it can’t be as I’m on the pill. Going

How to decide on what treatment to go for with endometriosis?
I went to a private doctor and discussed my treatment options of hormonal - having the coil as the pill in not an option for me or a laparoscopy. Im thinking maybe trying the coil as going private with a laparoscopy would got thousands but with the NHS I could be waiting another two years.

Is there a best brand type of contraceptive pill for PCOS?
Hi all After 5 years of infertility issues, I'm finally at the point where I'm now giving up trying. I want to just get on with life. I am looking to go back on the pill as I'm tired of the heavy painful periods and want some relief for a year maybe. I am finding the hirsutism worse all the time and

Abortion pill by post
I started the tablets on 6th September, everything seemed fine I was bleeding normal etc. Started taking the contraceptive mini pill on the 11th September. However since the 16th I’ve been feeling sick, some days worse then others. I’ve got a scan on Monday but I’m just worried, I’m hoping the nausea

My 3 weeks old daughter is deaf from both ears: heartbroken 💔
We found out on Thursday that our precious 3 weeks old baby is deaf from both ears….we are DEVASTATED by this news and currently waiting for a further appointment to understand the extent of the issue and how to support her. Cochlear implants have been mentioned so I’m assuming she is having sensorineural

Am I being ignored?
Hi, I’m new here but I’m in desperate need to some guidance. For a few years now I have suspected I have endometriosis and am just in more and more pain as time goes on. But I feel like I am being ignored by my GP. For some background; I started my periods when I was 7 and I would get my period every

Very nervous about booking Laparoscopy, are they always accurate?
I have suffered with my periods when they started around age 12 but it has got worse over the years. I was taken to the doctor and put on the pill around age 13 to ease my periods as I was constantly passing out and being sick and could not put up with the pain on the first day I would come on. I was

Come down from stopping the pill , feeling very depressed..
I feel so annoyed at myself ! I promised myself the last time that I wouldn't try taking hormones again but my gyne some how talked me into it at my last appointment , only to delay the process of a full hysterectomy I think ! After 3 months I feel like I've lost myself again , the anxiety and depression

Dare I say they're listening...
first of all I'm gonna say that going directly to a sister at the docs instead of a GP was a great thing to do. They're so on it with sexual health that I feel so much more heard. She was the one that sent me for USS. That came back with a lil 3cm simple cyst so we had a telephone appt today about it

IVF injections stims menopur spotting
Hi please could anyone give me any advice.. I was out on the pill for 6 days before starting my menopur stims. I’m on day 3 injection (just this evening) and I’ve been spotting and a bit more than that . Just really worried and don’t know if this is normal because of the stims or stopping the pill? I
