To ERA (Emma and Alice) or not to ERA?
We were fortunate enough to get 10 frozen blasts this egg retrieval and I’m over the moon. They aren’t tested so no idea how many “normal” or “abnormal” but we decided to take our chances considering our ages etc. The plan was to have afresh transfer but due to a polyp developing (which I will have

64 and having hot flushes
Hello all I have a querie. I am getting hot flushes at 64. Are there many women out there still getting hot flushes at my age? Maybe it's quite common? They are worse than they used to be. They stopped for years when I was taking HRT pills. I started Estrogen cream which has helped a little but I am

TSH and SHBG
Does anyone know much about SHBG please? I’ve had a few blood tests and all coming back with high SHBG levels (over 200 but does not state how much over as the lab just reports ‘over’). Doc is fixating on my TSH level (0.005) saying they think I’m over medicated but my T3 and T4 are within range and

Thyroid Panel Results - seem OK?
Hi folks, I finally got a private thyroid panel done. At this stage I was convinced it would scream hypo - but the results are all 'normal'. Quick recap of symptoms: - Weight gain - Brain Fog and Low Motivation (being treated for ADHD) - Menorrhagia - Anemia (B12 and iron) and low vitamin levels

*Sensitive* Embarazada!
I mean. Many more steps but. Today (9DP5DT), I have a hCG of 121.7 and a scan booked in for 5 weeks and 4 days on 21st June. Spanish clinic oddly don’t want to do another hCG as say numbers fine and will see me for scan in 11 days. I’m going with it. Thanks for all your lovely messages! Still not really

Era in a natural cycle
Hello again. I have a new question...Since i have no certain answers for that issue,i would like to ask you girls if you know. I have done era test and from the results we have found that my window opens one day earlier. That means that we must tranfer blastocysts at day 4....and that happens only on

How to thicken lining?
After our donor egg cycle we miraculously now have 9 little embryos in the freezer! I thought we might to have an easier time going forward but now my lining doesn’t want to thicken. It’s never been great but has always just made it to 7mm with extra estrogen (pills and patches) but this time it’s still

Looking for some reassurance...
I had a frozen transfer on Wednesday just gone and have been on a packed schedule of Progesterone and Estrogen since. This morning I messed up and used a progesterone pessary at 6am (correct timing) and then again at 9am (incorrect timing, this is when I usually take 2 x Progynova tablets but I was on

Please advise?
I am 65, have a benign cyst on an ovary which has been there at least 18 months. The consultant wants me to have a full/total hysterectomy (am in UK so that means total). I am unsure if I should agree as worried about totally losing oestrogen, and some stuff I've heard and read about how you have a

BFP but low estrogen
Hi, I had my FET on Monday last week took a test today (day 26) and it’s a faint positive. I’m a bit worried as my progesterone levels are 84 and my estrogen 127 (dropped massively!) yesterday lunchtime. I don’t seem to respond to the estrogen stick on tabs so they are sending me some estrogen to take

IVF Meds,when to stop ✋
Morning ladies. I am 11 weeks and starting to think about stopping progesterone and oestrogen. Clinique said to take up to 12 weeks. Just a little nervous. What if I don’t make enough without the meds😱 any advice or experience would be brilliant 🥰🥰🥰

Brain/kidneys
Has anyone noticed weird pain / weird/numb/etc in back of your brain? On the Internet I was floored when I read where endo spreads and effects ….:it includes back of brain. 30 years ago I spent 1,200 cash (American ) plus whatever my insurance charged to have an MRI. It came back normal. A friend

Do estrogen level take longer to rise after failed fresh embryo transfer???
I am starting my first natural cycle fet right after a failed fresh embryo transfer and I’m at cycle day 10, but my estrogen level is still low. Does estrogen levels take longer to rise after a failed fresh embryo transfer??? Is this normal? Will I even ovulate? I am eager to start my natural fet.
