How to thicken lining?

After our donor egg cycle we miraculously now have 9 little embryos in the freezer! I thought we might to have an easier time going forward but now my lining doesn’t want to thicken. It’s never been great but has always just made it to 7mm with extra estrogen (pills and patches) but this time it’s still at 5mm on day 15! Help!

Maybe try some gentle exercise as this may help- 15 minutes of gentle physical activity into your daily routine Also try acupuncture as this might help improve pelvic blood flow Good diet also important - green leafy veg - reduce processed food intake -fresh fruit etc

Thank you! I’m managing to get in three acupuncture treatments before the next scan so fingers crossed. I think with having covid recently and all my worrying meant I wasn’t doing my usual walks so I’m added them back in and extra spinach to almost every meal so surely that had to help. Hello, I have always struggled with lining but was lucky to get pregnant on a lining of 6.8.

I’m planning to go again soon and I’ve been reading a lot lately about the impact a whole grain diet can have on the lining thickness. It’s worth a shot!!

I’m sure you’ve done all the other stuff but just in case- vitamin E, raspberry lead tea, hot water bottle.

Thank you! I didn’t know about whole grains so definitely worth a shot! By the next scan I would have done three acupunctures this week and all the other tricks so it has to have improved. Thank you so much for commenting and love that you got pregnant with the 6.8. That makes me feel so much better.
