Taking Meds in the AM vs PM
Hi I’m newly on Kisqali and Letrozole and I am wondering if anyone has feedback about whether it seems better to take these during the day or at night before bed. I’ve heard that some people prefer a nighttime dosage to sleep through any nausea or fatigue Interested in any and all experiences Thanks

Post triple therapy options?
This past summer, I wrote because my husband's PSA numbers started doubling very quickly. (see quick recap below) By the time we got the PSMA PET scan a few weeks later, there were too many tumors in the bones to count. We jumped into triple therapy: Eligard, Nubeqa, and chemo. Approved additives and E-numbers (UK)
As food additives are often discussed, I thought it might be useful to post the current list of approved additives in the UK. Note that the use of substances in foods is largely separate to their use in medicines. One example being Titanium dioxide which is now banned in foods in the EU and Northern

What happens when CT scan and ultrasound can't verify if it's an ovarian mass or not?
I (post-menopausal 52 y/o) went in to urgent care about a month ago with stomach pains. Doctor thought it was a ruptured appendix, but sent me for a CT scan to verify. Turns out it was diverticulitis, but on the CT scan they noticed a a complex cyst on my left ovary, however they couldn't be sure if

While a rectal biopsy done 11 months ago showed one core of Gleason 7 (3+4), I just received results of an MRI guided Transperineal Biopsy. The encouraging news us
