Have I got acid reflux or might I have gerd

Morning I’m not sure if I have acid reflux or not I am getting an incomfortable feeling in my chest I get it every day sometimes feel like a small lump in my throat comes and goes I am burping more than usual and just feel really uncomfortable every day gaviscon doesn’t work I have started taking a probiotic tablet every day I have been taking vitamin c and d and liquid collagen for joint pain so not sure if this has affected me I’m off to the docs tomorrow
