After recovery from rhabdomyolysis
Hi there! I was unable to walk for one week during a bout of exertional rhabdomyolysis from too much cycling. Has anyone else suffered from this? I now know I have increased susceptibility to rhabdo due to an underlying condition of malignant hyperthermia. A doctor advised I should do more aerobic exercise

Is colitis is different to IBD right ?!
There everyone I would like to know what you all think/ know about Ibd !! I have read a( own research ) that colitis is differen to an IBD ( UC and crohns ) So colitis is an inflammation curable .. Uc and crohns is not really curable and is a long term disease! I look forward to hear from all

New diagnosis
Hi everyone, I’m new here 🙋🏻♀️ I have ulcerative colitis and 1 was also diagnosed with primary sclerosing cholangitis - (I think that’s how it’s spelt) in March. I had been symptom free until a few weeks ago but I’ve started to itch .... it’s driving me nuts and appears to be completely at random

Scleraderma / HHT
Good evening all. Has anybody been diagnosed with systemic sclerosis, scleraderma and HHT, hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia? The reason I'm asking is its possible that I have both these diseases, I'm currently awaiting for an appointment for a brain scan for Avm.s.

Awaiting diagnosis and scared
Hi, I’m new here but just looking to put my mind at ease. Over the last couple of months I’ve had full blood tests and a sample for calprotectin, initially to confirm whether or not I had IBS. I had been taking probiotics which helped for a while and also buscopan but my symptoms started to worsen. Two

Newly diagnoised
So after 4 years of pain I have finally been diagnosed with 'mild crohns'. Had a endoscopy the beginning of this year and being sent for MRE and possibly a capsule endoscopy too. Does anyone have any tips of trying to pin point your triggers, I've been keeping a food diary lately but can't see much connection

Any advice please?
So after having a laparoscopy done in October ruled out endometriosis I was sent for a scope. I was told after this that I had ulcerative colitis. My symptoms had been passing blood and mucus for around 5 weeks which eventually stopped about 2-3 weeks before the scope was eventually done. I was started

Advice on medication please
I was diagnosed with Colitis in may 2016, i was put on Octasa (Mesalazine) 1200mg taken twice a day. Since then i haven't had any further attacks. Has anyone been able to reduce their medication or even been able to come off it completely. Maybe it's the medication that keeps symptoms at bay. Thank you

CO-PROXAMOL / DEXTROPROPOXYPHENE BASED PRODUCTS ARE BACK IN PRODUCTION!
I feel that I have been able to prove beyond any doubt that MHRA’s advice to government to ban Co-proxamol was in order to increase their income and NOT FOR DRUG SAFETY CONCERNS OR EFFICACY! Dextropropoxyphene based products are back in production in India and on the market at a very completive price
