You need to see your doctor and ask them to explain your high anion gap and high B12.
If you’re not taking B12 supplements then the combination of those two might mean something is worth investigating.

Again this doctor doesn't seem to think there's anything to worry about. I had my blood retested Anion gap is now a 5 (really low), vitamin B12 is 1212 still high, chloride was 102 now it's 112 High, GFR was 56 now it's 72 normal. The doctor who took the initial blood me Friday and wanted to see me so I have an appointment Monday November 5th
