Hi all. My father (76 years old) is on casodex monotherapy. This is quite common theraphy in our parts of the world - they use it untill it works, than they add Lupron. He Gleason is 7 (4+3, tumor present in 10% of tissue evaluated (it was discovered during TURP procedure, stage 2b) and has been on Casodex

At what age can I stop Dutasteride?
What a wonderful forum! You folks seem to be most helpful about all the stress and anxiety of prostate concerns. It's nice to be here. My background... I'm 80. I've had 3 TURPs and after the last one, the doc took cell samples. One of the 50 tested samples came up positive for cancer at age 56. He

My diagnosis of prostate cancer
I'm new here. I complained to my primary care physician about extreme difficulty in urination. Hr referred me to the urologist mid-June of this year. I had a biopsy - the results were cancer all through the prostate. Bone scan confirmed it had spread to the bones, so I started lupron August 11.

Theophylline manufacture discontinued
Please reply to the best of your abilities with the name of any alternative pill for Theophylline. My asthma specialist stated last year that Theophylline is no longer being produced by any drug manufacturer in the US. Theo-24 isn't as good as the Theophylline. Please assist.

In late spring of last year I went to my GP doctor to ask about problems urinating. He diagnosed me with prostititus and chalked up my excessive urination to my recent diabetes diagnosis. He prescribe some medications for the prostititus and told me not to worry. Since I was only 48 he did consider me
