Co-codamol and daytime drowziness
Occasionally when nothing else works I'll take cocodamol for my RLS just to be able to sleep! I've started to notice on the nights that I do this though I have this awful fatigue/difficulty concentrating at work. I didn't think something I'm taking at night would affect me so much the next day. Anyone

Update on f2f appointment
Well after an exciting meeting with my consultant she was reluctant to put me on another biologic as my bloods are always normal and there was no physical swelling showing today despite being in agony. It is hard for her as I am seronegative so it is harder to switch but I said that when I started Benepali

Weight gain
Hi, has anybody with fibro actually lost weight? I’ve just seen some pictures and I look enormous. I still walk and get to 10,000 steps a day and thought that was good for a fibro sufferer, some days it kills , but the weight is steadily going on. I don’t take any medication other than co dydramol so

plantar fasciitis - corticosteroid
I have had plantar fasciitis for about 12 months and in that time have had one injection of a corticosteroid in the heal of the foot. The pain is now affecting quality of life, walking the dog just causes too much pain, therefore I am trying to obtain another corticosteroid injection. My GP is concerned

Hi all I was diagnosed with PMR a few weeks ago now after a trip to the walk in centre when, what they thought was an OA flare let me in severe pain and pretty much unable to walk or move. Hospital, actually , didn't get the diagnosis but my doctors did the following week. I was started on Prednisone
