Can I take Co-codamol with Arcoxia and diazepam?
I'm currently taking 90mg of Arcoxia a day for lower back pain. I've just aggravated my condition and sent my back into spasm so my doctor gave me some Diazepam as well. I'm still in pain though so was wondering if it would be safe to throw some Co-codamol into the mix as well?

Ruptured Cyst?
I woke up in severe pain last night, feeling nauseas, hyperventilating and pain down my thighs and lower back. I took some co-codamol and filled a hot water bottle and felt a bit better after a while, didn't get much sleep though. I phoned NHS24 this morning, I told her im on painkillers for a cyst

pain relief after laparoscopy?
Hi all, have a laparoscopy soon (no date yet...), it's my first one. I got a leaflet from the hospital which said that they will not provide a prescription for pain relief after the laparoscopy as all that should be necessary are 'simple pain relief' - paracetamol and ibuprofen, which can be bought.

More endo found 6 months after a total abdominal hysterectomy. More surgery or not??
Sorry to waffle! I'm extremely lucky as only found out in September after having a total abdominal hysterectomy (due to huge fibroids, thickened uterus and ovarian cyst embedded in bowel) that I had endo; and this was only found due to a heavy prolonged bleed which started in August ( Which was still

New medication!
well, were do I start! went to Doctors on Wednesday as pain relieve has not been working for a long time. following the saga of stopping my Tramadol all at once after four years+ on maximum dose and nearly killing me, the doctors having been trying to find a suitable pain killer for me with little success

What painkillers can I take?
I've put my back out (ow)... I'm on bisoprolol and warfarin and have no idea what painkillers I can take, I'm not much into taking them. Back hasn't gone out in years but now I'm waltzing round like a crippled crab. I presume aspirin is a no-no and the same for ibuprofen. I have some elderly co-dydramol

Hello, I wonder if anyone can help me. I was diagnosed as severely hypo in January and had really low readings of TSH 123 (range 0.2-0.5)
and T4 of 4 (range 9-18).My latest test results in mid Feb indicated that I was now within range TSH of 0.2 (range 0.1-0.5) and T4 of 15 (range 9-18). However, the symptoms have slowly been returning and now if I do not take ibuprofen, co-codamol and amitryptiline then I am getting the chronic muscle

Are Pain Management Clinics any use?
After being temporarily discharged from the hospital until I lose the weight I need for a laparoscopy, it has been suggested that I ask to be referred to a Pain Management Clinic as all the pain killers I've tried don't work for me. I'm currently on Tramadol and Co-Codamol so I'm not sure what more they

Ibuprofen advice
Hi all So yesterday I found out I am going to be a mum for the first time. Me and my husband are so excited! I think it's still really early stages as I predict I'm about 4 weeks - a long way to go!! Over the last couple of months I have been suffering with back pain and recently went to a chiropractor
