Flare Up

Guess its the damp weather. Had to rest for 3hrs in bed after work no good for nothing. Afternoo s today for 4hrs taken my Co-codamol , Ibuprofen 40mg dont seem to help latly. .... Hope Everyone has a restful painless weekend -♡

Hi Lady. Just to let you no your not the only one that has spent all afternoon in bed in pain. I get really fed up with it because like you lately I don't seam to get any rest bite from pain . I do hope you feel better soon take care x

I am so sorry to read that you are also having a bad flare up at this time. I have replied to so many posts whereby members are struggling at the moment.

Hope you have a restful night , ive workec 4hrs which wasn4 so bad after having rest before hand but good for nothing now. Cross fingers tomorrow will be a better day for us all. Xx

I am so sorry to read that you are having such a bad flare up at this time, and I genuinely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to the issue.

If this keeps up it may be a good idea to discuss the issue with your GP to see if there is anything else that they can offer you? It appears that many members are posting at this time about flare ups and excess pain, cannot be a coincidence?

Good morning Ken ,

yes ive noticed lots of mail concerning painful flare ups.

Have work 11-3 which is a busy shift but have rest of day to recover.

I think I will take your advice & make an appointment to see doctor, hopefully he/she will listen , ..

Silly hour oclock , Hi Ken, been sleeping since 10 upright on sofa till now through sheer exhaustion aftef 7hrs in work. Dragged myself to bed but doubt I will sleep anymore. 2days off to recover so hopefully will be a new person!
