Ambroxol clinical trials.
I have been taking ambroxol 1200 mg/d with some success. There are clinical trials taking place in the UK, but I am not officially involved because I live in the US. My neurologists has no knowledge concerning this drug. Will anyone share with me any news about success or failures with this drug? Thank

CELC-G-201 Phase 1b/2 clinical trial: gedatolisib plus darolutamide in mCRPC
Currently enrolling! Two different AR inhibitors, nubeqa producer (you know who I am taking about) entered an agreement with this biotech company to supply nubeqa for free...they don't usually partner easily if they do not think that something good may come out of the trial... https://www.biospace.com

I recently had more scans and unfortunately my cancer has spread to my lungs and more in my liver. My bone mets are not to bad but two active ones in my T2 and Right hip even though I had recently had radiotherapy on them again for palliative pain relief. I have been on four lines of treatment in 17 months

Selegiline run out
I was told recently by my pharmacist they couldn't get any Selegiline and to ask my GP for an alternative. I still have 60 10mg tablets left and will have to inform GP soon. (I'm still waiting on my first appointment with neurologist in my new location, been waiting months as unfortunately I had to

Bored of life
I had postnatal depression after my son 2 years ago, I thought I was okay but I’m not entirely sure. I don’t enjoy life or wake up thinking yes another day. I wake up thinking here we go again, I don’t really enjoy or get that excited, happy feeling I can’t remember the last time I had it. I feel

Spontaneous remission of some blood counts after Dx
This just is a question of curiosity I've discussed briefly before. If any members have seen something like this it would be interesting to know. I've asked two MPN Drs about it and all I hear is "it's complicated" and/or "things fluctuate". -- These plots show some counts and when I started aspirin

Brewers Yeast?
Does anyone here use brewers yeast as a natural source of B vitamins? If so have you had any reactions particularly if trying gluten-free? I took it for a while once and it could have been placebo effect but I did start to feel more energetic, but stopped taking as this was around the time my immune

Advice: RIF, ERA and PRP
Hi Everyone I've been searching for people's experience of RIF and their dilemma to use ERA tests. I had my third failed Donor Egg cycle, two cycles with two 5AA blastocyst. In theory it should have implanted. My husband had Karyotype and semen fragmentation test it came out fine. Young egg donor

Stress and the Tapping Technique
Has anybody been introduced to this as therapy? It seems to have similar results to CBT in some clinical trials and I was curious. It first appeared as a facebook ad earlier, so as it mentioned Psychology Today, I read their article and also found an Article on the Positive Psychology website. It seems

Australian research - possible cure?
I don’t like raising false hope among our community about ‘cures’ toted in the media, but I found this article interesting. It’s about the T-cells, which many of us already know is involved in autoimmune activity: https://www.sbs.com.au/news/podcast-episode/australian-researchers-develop-world-first-method-of-treating-lupus

PSA rise
2 months ago my PSA was 20. I have had extensive screening done prior to starting a clinical trial on Tuesday. My PSA has gone up to 367 since then. CT scan showed no significant change and I had bone scan yesterday. Onco says it may just be increased activity of existing cancer cells and not necessarily
