Covid-19 vaccine and PMR
Shortly after receiving my fist dose of Covid-19 vaccine I developed pain in my shoulders, back, buttocks and hips. Around the same time I also pressure washed a large patio and had to move some heavy objects, so I assumed I had "overdone" things but, as the pain seemed to be getting worse, I attended

Physio or chiropractor
Can anyone advise me on the above please. I have had 3 weeks of muscle spasms in my back. Simply crippling. Dr said a physio would phone - she did 4 days ago and have heard nothing. Decided to go private so does anyone know which could be best for my problem. Getting me down now. Thanks.

Hi all, As anyone tried
Chiropractic
to try reduce Tinnitus? I do often wake up with a stiff back and neck, maybe just my age (70) or need a new mattress. Also been told that taking vitamin B12 can help reduce Tinnitus .

Throat/neck issues
Ive started doing massage, stretching and self
chiropractic
but the tender points seem more tender with relief to my ears as the pressure has gone. What I call a dull fatigue. Im on 30mg of Duloxtine (which I am going to increase) and ACE for high blood pressure.

MEDICAL CANNABIS AND RLS
Hello I have had RLS for 56 years and then FIBROMYALGIA for 24 years. I am about to go over the top with the RLS as it has all become too much. I have tried all the various prescription drugs that I have been offered by the GP and hospitals, been to a sleep laboratory, tried various alternative therapies

Chiropractor Stroke Anxiety
I went to the chiropractor today for the first time and got adjusted. Everything felt fine and then my anxiety kicked in. I started googling and saw that a lot of people can get a stroke up to 2-3 weeks after getting a neck adjustment. So now i’m just waiting for the stroke and I can’t make my mind

Shoulder blade pain
I had RA diagnosed in early 2018 and I am in remission. Initially I was on MTX 20mg weekly which was tapered off at a dose of 2.5mg at a time, and the last one was done in February 2021 I have had this right shoulder pain for over 2 months now. So far I had 5 treatments with a private chiropractor

New here!
I was referred here from a fb group. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism last year, I also have low adrenals. I assume those work together? I am wondering which doctor to choose next or just go it alone? I have had insomnia for about 12 years now. It gets especially bad around my monthly menses. I

Could my hip pain be something to do with PA?
I was diagnosed with PA last March. I've had hip pain for about 3 years but it is getting a lot worse since last year. Pain killers don't work and the exercises physio give me only make the pain worse. I went to see a chiropractor yesterday and he was a bit baffled because I'm very flexible so he doesn't

Long lasting headache
Hi, I'm new to this group prompted by a headache I've now had for around 2 weeks. It's not severe but constant. Because I'm on warfarin I can only have paracetamol or cocodamol. I avoid the latter. I've tried online yoga and a support pillow but still hasn't shifted. I get neck and shoulder aches so

Confusing Blood Work/ Searching for Advice
Hi, I’m hoping someone can help me. I’m 27 and I have been battling many symptoms since I was about 18 years old. Most of my symptoms have been psychiatric (OCD, anxiety, phobia) but I have also had unexplainable skin rashes on my knuckles and elbows that spontaneously happen, a fainting episode, constipation

Does anyone else suffer from chronic tension headaches?
Nothing will stop it, I've tried massage, yoga,
chiropractic
adjustments, the works. I came to the conclusion that the muscle spasms were being caused by histamine overload and a low histamine/low fodmap diet has helped the problem, but not solved it.

Muscle spasticity and FND
Does anyone have any experience of episodic spasticity in their legs? I've had an MRI of my head and cervical spine which were normal. However, the rest of my
