I’ve had
chest

and mammogram…all clear. In my check up with Oncology last week I had the news that I’m at 1% chance of recurrence and most likely to be signed off at my next appointment in 6 months. Discussed these pains to be told it’s nothing to worry about, most likely Radiation Fibrosis.

Good PMR specialist in Bristol/WestonSM?
He says I am too young - I’m 56 - and he’s run every test in the book on me (MRI, PET,
chest
x
-
ray
, ultrasound) and all negative ( though I was sure they would be, given that I was on such a high dose of steroids.)

bnp level high, breathlessness and fluid in lungs. What does this mean?
Gp thought I had a hernia but before re- referring me to bariatric surgery has given me a full gamut of
chest

and blood tests. My bnp test came back reading 1200, and there is fluid on my lungs. The other tests are all fine. My hr is now 90, bp 120 over 72. He has prescribed diuretics.

canker sore, low wbc and GI infection
I was released as the fever was nearly gone and
chest
x
-
ray
, blood tests etc came back clear of infection. GI symptoms continued once home. I saw my GI doc who told me I most likely had a GI infection that could cause some residual symptoms but to eat a BRAT(bananas, rice, applesauce) diet.

which was also clear. GP also wanted me to have a camera down my throat (I’ve forgotten the technical term) to check on whether I was bleeding from my stomach which I’ve cancelled because I have a chest infection.
