Potentially got bronchiesctasis - a bit scared
A
chest

showed ‘subtle changes in lung density’ and that it looked like scar tissue or a partially collapsed lung. I am struggling with, seemingly, the main symptoms of bronchiectasis and life is becoming pretty miserable.

Sinus/Nose Pain
Hi, I’m awaiting results of blood tests and
chest

from first appointment with Rheumatologist a month ago. My GP referred me as he suspects vasculitis as the fingers on my right hand have been swollen, sore and sensitive with red/purple bruising and spots since Christmas.

Life after a negative lap
Had a particularly awful phone appointment with a male GP who told me that as my tests (bloods,
chest
x
ray
and upper abdo ultrasound) were clear then there couldn't be a physical problem so it must just be my mental health 🙃🙃🙃. We've all dealt with this BS at some point eh.

for something else last week, he has no symptoms of a chest problem but he is a smoker whose dad died of lung cancer, he now thinks he’s about to die too as he’s constantly on DR Google.

Pericarditis
He’s had bloods and a
chest
X

also a covid test but it’s too soon for the results yet. The paramedics said that the initial ecg indicated that he has had a HA but the doctor isn’t too sure but has said that he could have inflammation around the heart! Could this be pericarditis?

Will I get appointment about Pulmonary Oedema?
Two weeks ago I was told that a
chest
X
-
ray
I had done a few days before showed that I have pulmonary oedema and that it could be caused by heart failure. This was a shock to me as although I have been breathless and wheezy for quite sometime I really wasn't expecting to be told that.

How can this be allowed?
I have agreed to have a

which they seem to think is perfectly reasonable for me to enter a hospital under pressure from Covid before my vaccination, when I have been emergency admitted for chest infections in the past!

Please help - recently discovered various issues which may all be linked to thyroid disorder? Still in the dark, no Endo appointment yet
The next thing that happened was the 1st GP called over a week later to say my
chest
X
-
ray
was normal. She also informed me that GP 3 had not in fact followed through on the referral as was in my notes, so she was doing it now.

Xeloda Questions
I’ve been on Xeloda since late October, and love it for the most part. My only issues are my hands and feeling gassy. My hands aren’t peeling, but I think they’ve lost maybe 25% of their sensation, and they feel like sausages that are about to explode! Does that keep getting worse, or does it hit

Upper back pain first symptom?
Now I have upper back pain when I breath and I also feel it in my
chest
. The
x
ray
didn't show anything but it definitely gets worse when I vape. We're now going to test for a blood clot... my only other symptom is being really weirdly tired and lots of mucus but not coughing.
