. My PSA is now at .07 and my testosterone is at 2. My last PETSCAN showed that the cancer is not growing. I am looking for advice from people on what I can expect and also how is the best way to fight this.

One year into treatment!
Was diagnosed with MBC and have been on Ibrance Faslodex and Xgeva for a year. Had spinal stenosis to begin with and am now having a really hard time walking. Anyone else have this problem? Am seeing a vascular doctor next week and a back surgeon the following week. I can deal with the hair loss and

Has anyone changed from Seretide 250 to Fostair 100/6?
I have just had my medication for my asthma changed from Seretide to Fostair as the nurse was concerned that long term use of Seretide at a high dose could lead to side effects in the future like diabetes. I’ve only been on Fostair for a couple of days but so far have experienced headaches, stomach ache

No Partner. Is it Realistic or Even Right To Seek One?
RO told me I could stop
Casodex
and forego my 3-month Trelstar shot, due next week. I'll stay on Avodart for now. I'm 68. My SEs from ADT have been moderately severe....looking forward to getting relief there. Coping with this without a partner has been not great.

What is the reason for adding

Ibrance, watery eyes and how other Stage 4 Breast Cancer, HR+ PR+ HER2- are doing 5 1/2 years after diagnosis.
Hi, I am Ann. I was, suprisingly, diagnosed with Metastatic Breast Cancer 5 1/2 years ago. I was 57 years old. HR+ PR+ Her 2-. I have a tumor in my left breast and numerous bone mets. The decision was to not remove the tumor. I had Chemo, Radiation and took that little tiny miracle pill Letrozole

My journey so far after being diagnosed in October 2017. What should I do next?
I was given
casodex
when admitted to hospital and a biopsy was done by my urologist, who is still seeing me every three months. The good doctors over at National Cancer Centre, Singapore, where I reside suggested I do 6 rounds of Chemotherapy.

Aggressive form of prostate cancer PSA 11.8 and Gleason score 9.
My urologist wants to put me on
casodex
and injections and later on radiation. I would appreciate any input/suggestions in terms of which path to take. Thank you in advance, The Great Dane

New member, saying hi! Here for my daddy! =)
The nephrostomy tubes did work, though and after 6 rounds of chemo, Lupron and
Casodex
, my dad's PSA began to drop and his tumor began to shrink. He was able to have the tubes removed and his kidneys regained normal function!

Bisoprolol and Nasonex (corticosteroid)
I have been on 2.5 mg of bisoprolol for 14 years following a heart attack. I had a stent and was also prescibed 40mg simvastatin, 5mg lisinopril and low dose aspirin. About 10 years ago I dropped the lisinopril as my blood pressure was never really very high and I was developing sinus issues (drip) which

My treatment still consists of only 6-month Lupron (the
Casodex
was dropped by my FL urologist when we moved here in 2016). I am not yet resistant. My current intake of IP6 has gone up from 12 scoops to 16 scoops a day in two divided doses.

Dreading Scan.....
Hello Ladies, I’m doing the dreaded scan over thinking thing. I’m scheduled next Thursday and scared to death. I might need a little encouragement for this one. It’s been 5 months since last one. That’s because I was pulled off Ibrance in April after 3 weeks and Verzenio in May. So he told me since I

Lucrin Side Effects
My husband Bob has been on Lucrin,
Casodex
and Avodart for about a year, and for at least the last 3 months has a chronic cough. Had an X-ray & CT Scan but all clear. Cheers Lee

Treatment update
Treated with Firmagon, Xgeva,
Casodex
, Prednisone and Docetaxel. Fingers still numb and fingernails a mess from the Chemo. When Chemo ended, switched to Lupron and Zytiga. PSA went untetectable before the end of Chemo and has remained that way. Scans look as clean as they can.

One consolidated, easy to follow modality
things that help almost all cancer patients: - Moderate exercise - Eating foods that have been shown in studies to result in slowed PCx progression - Meditation, deep breathing, yoga, positive thoughts (maybe slow PCx but at least improve mood and happiness) What I'm unclear on, are the items like

Nasonex
Hi. Anyone had experience of this nasal spray? I'm finding it hard to breath through my nose when I use it. Anyone had a similar experience. Can anyone recommend another nose spray?

Xtandi stomach pain
Lupron was continued but in a few months psa started to rise. along the way
Casodex
was added with minimal effect. It was decided to start Xtandi because Cancer showed definite signs of Androgen resistance mutation. I was able to receive patient assistance for the incredible cost of Xtandi.
