I am so very confused...please help
GP also said to keep an eye on my HR because i could go into
cardiac
arrest
if afib got worse. Now if that happened its bye bye to this world because there is no way an ambulance would get to me on time to help me given the present NHS crisis.

AF anxious newbie
Unfortunately the 2nd CV didn’t go according to plan and I went into
cardiac
arrest
. Apparently I was “ down” for 6 mins. Apart from bruising from cannulas and CPR, and a bit of brain fog,I feel I physically came away lightly. No longer on flecainide and angiogram shows plumbing ok.

Sore throat after ablation
I had my second cardiac ablation two days ago. The procedure took about three hours under GA and a cardioversion put me straight back into sinus rhythm. Since then, both my heart rate and blood pressure have been perfect and the wound in my groin is healing well. Long may they remain so! My concern is

Tachycardia post RF ablation
Has anyone experienced tachycardia in the months after an SVT RF cardiac ablation? If so, how long till it subsided? Or what meds were you taking?

Crete update and ICD question
I just wanted to update from my post a few weeks earlier where I had a
cardiac
arrest
in Crete. After 7 days in hospital, I was flown by air ambulance to Athens for more testing and finally came back to the UK on Monday by another air ambulance.

Statins and side effects
Last year after a
cardiac
arrest
and a triple bypass, I started taking Atorvastatin but stopped following getting cramps and spasms in my calves in the early morning (3am to 7am). I would have to get out of bed and stretch my leg to ease out of the spasm.

I survived a

4 years ago. I am currently experiencing a classic situation where my body and my lifetime’s experience, tell me that I have an infection but the microbiologists, having analysed numerous sputum samples, cannot suggest an appropriate antibiotic for treatment.
