Things have taken a turn for the worse
The MO had me in today and the results are: 1. at least 10 mets on my liver. 2. they strongly suspect I have progressed to small cell
carcinoma
of the prostate (SCCP). 3. they have already drawn blood for genomic testing, ctDNA etc. 4. I am scheduled to a have a liver biopsy within the week 5.

NOTE: The diagnosis of
carcinoma
is supported by the failure of immunoperoxidase staining for high molecular weight cytokeratin and p63 to demonstrate basal cells in the atypical glands.

Squamous Cell carcinoma of the Rectum
Hello all, I was just diagnosed with squamous cell rectal cancer. Tunor is in lower part of the Rectum and has spread from close to the anus to the second fold in the Rectum. I'll find out what stage next week when I meet my surgeon but I believe it will be stage 3 or 4. 3 inguinal lump nodes one one

It’s a common misconception that people with darker skin tones are immune to skin cancer
Squamous cell
carcinoma
(SCC) however, is the most commonly diagnosed skin cancer among African Americans and Asian Indians.

Into the 4th year, updates and next step
I asked the doctor if it might have evolved to a neuroendocrine
carcinoma
, but the doctor dismissed it. They believe that neuroendocrine
carcinoma
type would have more aggressive progression, while my father's progression has been relatively mild.
