Feeling glum
Just been talking with doc who was very clear that my cancer isn’t operable due to size plus extra
carcinoma
at top of stomach. When questioned about the chances of a cure just from chemo radiation he said about 40%.

Based on the histomorphology coupled with NKX3.1 positivity, the findings are consistent with metastatic prostate
carcinoma
. Does this mean anything for treatment options? Thanks!

Non small cell carcinoma in lung.
I have recently been diagnosed with non small cell
carcinoma
of the lung by the Royal Brompton. They sent a letter to my GP requesting an urgent 2 week referral to local oncology, GP surgery said they hadn't received the part of the letter asking for the referral.

He had a biopsy done 2 weeks ago and the results are as follows: Metastatic non-small cell
carcinoma
, immunopheno typically most consistent with metastatic prostatic adenocarcinoma. We are waiting on additional pathology results.

My name is Tabitha and this is my story
Then stage 3 renal cell
carcinoma
in 2022. I lost one kidney and have to see a cancer specialist to make sure the cancer doesn't come back. God has a plan for me. I had no symptoms; the tumor was found after a car accident. I would probably be dead right now if not for that accident.

Also, I am wondering if anyone with HR+/HER2- stage 1 invasive ductal
carcinoma
with no lymph node involvement removed through lumpectomy followed by 3 weeks of radiotherapy has just chosen not to take the anti-estrogen meds and what led you to that decision. thanks for an insights!

TSH level increase after total thyroidectomy(8 years ago)
I had a total thyroidectomy 8 years ago due to papillary
carcinoma
. Recently, I had a knee surgery and during a subsequent blood test, my TSH level was checked and found to be 4.5. However, I had taken my medication (euthyrox 150mg) on the morning of this blood test.

Hello All, I'm 53 and had a radical prostatectomy in Feb 2023 for Gleason 5+5, stage 3, positive node=1, intraductal
carcinoma
. Surgeon was unable to spare any nerves and I've got nothing in the area of erections.

doc says 9-12 months more for my dad
After his latest PSMA PET scan doc has confirmed the cancer is progressing and since its small cell
carcinoma
& PCa - we don’t have much time he says. He has said my dad has 9-12 months if we do chemo and even lesser if we don’t.
