Omega 3 fish oil
I've read that omega 3 is great for NASH. I'm really not a big fish eater though, a bit of tuna and that's it. Does anyone know if omega 3 supplements are liver friendly?

Seeking a natural cure for prostate cancer.
I am a 70 y/o , diagnosed with Intermediate Grade Prostate Cancer in April 2021. Biopsy showed one Gleason 8 (4+4), one 7 (4+3) and the rest were mostly 6 s and 7s (3+4). After much reading I opted to go the natural healing route; I spent two weeks in Baja Mexico doing modified Gerson Therapy

Testosterone Injections
I recently had my blood sample taken and results reviewed by the Men's Health Clinic. They couldn't do anything for me because my testosterone levels were in the 'normal' range (specifics below). To be honest they didn't take me seriously from first contact due to me not being in the 50+ age bracket,

Making rls manageable, a continuing story
I have had quite bad rls for the last two years and over time, very little sleep. However I have tried to persevere without drugs, although my GP has prescribed low dose codeine (15mg) which helped at first but I now try not to take. My rls is currently much better. It hasn’t gone away but it’s sort

Omega 3's to reduce some MPN issues?
Two of my favorite experts did a podcast: https://hubermanlab.com/dr-rhonda-patrick-micronutrients-for-health-and-longevity/ I already take DHA and EPA but since listening I've increased my doses and changed to another supplement (and now keep it in the refrigerator). This and taking more Magnesium

27 years off dialysis
In 1995 almost died from meningococcal sepsis. Was hospitalised over 6 months requiring wound care, debridement, skin grafts, amputations of fingers and toes. The resulting kidney damage classified as meningococcal Waterhouse Fridericksen syndrome. The treatment was dialysis to remove the bacteria

Can Ketone Esters provide Ketones without a Ketone diet?
Back in 2013, Dr. Mary Newport gave a Ted talk on her re-discovery of MCT oil (she'd been aware of it for several years). In short, it greatly helped her husband with AZ. More recently, Ketone Esters are said to be even more potent than MCT oil. This video is from Dr Newport's talk. I've started looking

6 week dietary detox. Anyone want to join me? My goal is to have as optimum a diet as possible as part of my personal wellness program.
Tomorrow I am starting what I call my Optimum Self Care Dietary Detox. The impetus is to slow (hopefully stop) PD but I prefer to tell myself it is for “optimum wellness.” (If you want to tell me I’m delusional for thinking my diet can stop PD, please consider it as a coping skill. my self talk
