Foods/Supplements-Vitamins: Capsaicin - Cayenne
The active ingredient in cayenne peppers (hot chilli peppers -
Capsicum
annuum) is capsaicin. Capsaicin, oddly, has a chemical structure similar to vanillin. There are vanilloid receptors in the body, & capsaicin is a ligand for them, i.e. can potentially bind to the receptors and activate them.

Can I bring myself out of PAF?
After having very short periods of AF over the years, a virus put me into it persistently 12 weeks ago and I'm looking for any ways to try to get back to normal rhythm. I'm taking Warfarin and Diltiazem but I've read that cayenne pepper and salt can help. Anyone tried either of these....ie; half a

Feeling Delirious March 22, 2016 9:55 - 11:50 P.M.
Hopefully, there are more people who have found help than not. If not, please keep searching-it's essential. <3 There is always a "slight delirium" I'll feel with trouble telling exactly what is happening around me, what I'm saying and whether or not I'll be able to stand, have "enough energy" or even

Cough
I have had a terrible cough for two weeks now with no change. Had to go and see the nurse at my surgery who said they cannot give me any medication for the cough as I am on high dose of prednisolone 60mg which should help with the cough! I have tried everything from hot showers, honey and lemon drinks

Does anyone take natural supplements for joint pain?
I am having a hard time with my hip joints. I exercise daily if I have the energy. I take a multi vitamin and enzymes for digestion. Seems my joint paint has increased with this digestive enzyme. Don't know if there's a connection. Anyone? Interestingly, when I was taking cayenne pepper for anti inflammatory
