Has anyone researched the benefits of cayenne pepper? This is one site that I saw: cayennepepper.info/

I have a relative who has used it for years. According to him, it has helped his heart and blood issues. He is 85. His doctor says he should take drugs even though he obtains the desired test results without taking drugs.

I am sure there are lots of benefits, but getting the research to prove it is time consuming and expensive, even with cayenne.
