I have only been in this community less than a month but I would like to share some thing with you all . 6 weeks ago I got tired of the pain in my legs . I quit all meds . I totally got off all Store bought sugar. I Started Using RAW Honey in my coffee[ADJUST TO YOUR TASTE> I DRINK A CUP OF WARM WATER WITH HONEY TABLESPOON AND A TABLESPOON OF REAL LEMONJUICE MIX AND DRINK> AT NIGHT BEFORE BED I DO THE SAME THING > For breakfast I eat 2 cups of oatmeal sweetened with lemon an honey adjust to your taste . Lunch I Eat 2 pieces of fruit any kind . Apple ,Orange ,Pear, TANGERINE, GRAPES [1 cup] EAT NO BANNANA's Anytime . AROUND 10 or 11 I Take 1 teaspoon 0f Tumeric,1 teaspoon ground Ginger, 1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, 3 teaspoons of Cinnemon Powder , 1 TABLESPOON OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR 1 TABLESPOON OF LEMONJUICE MIX AN DRINK ADD MORE LIQUID IF NEEDED . FOR DINNER I EAT PRETTY MUCH WHAT I WANT > MEAT AN VEGES OF ANY KIND . AROUND 6 or 7 pm I do this again. I DO THIS EVERY DAY AND HAVE DONE IT FOR 22 DAYS I HAVE LOST 18 pounds I am Sleeping about 6 to 7 Hours A night And My LEGS DO NOT HURT ANY TIME > I HOPE THIS WORKS FOR ANYBODY THAT WANTS TO TRY IT>.
