Too early for me to make a judgement, I have just started this regime.

Based on research i found on the internet, it has been reported that it can alleviate breathing problems, prevent cancer and save people when they have a heart attack.

So I was curious to anyone here that is taking cayenne and having a positive effect.

(It is a tad expensive, may have to look to planting and making it myself!)

Is what you buy to mix this just ordinary cayenne pepper? Sweet cayenne? Ready ground cayenne powder? Regards Rib

No. Not for me thanks. My query was purely that Jeremy said that the Cayenne was expensive. I was going to suggest that if it was ordinary powdered cayenne pepper that he tried a Chinese supermarket. They sell it by the 1/4, 1/2, 1kg packets.

I cannot tolerate heat applied to my body. Too much of it got burnt. So it is a mass of skin grafts and the rest has loads of scars too. I have to be very careful of what I can eat as I lost half my stomach.

I take it in extract form.

Hong Kong is a little tricky to find the powder.

I got capsules ... too hot for my stomach though. Maybe i should persevere??

Baby steps, you can increase the dose over time as it can take some time for your body to get used to it.

I use the extract with an eyedropper so it's easier.

You can mix the powder with vodka and dilute it with warm water.

Look up

The warm water helps your body absorb it better, although it is a bit hotter.

Google 'cayeene extract diy'...

I put up with about 5 minutes of heat then its ok from then on.
