Why has my husband been given Candesartan when he hasn’t got high blood pressure . It must be for his stage 2 heart failure I presume .
My husband has been given this drug along with digoxin to add to his other meds , bisoprol , antorvaststin , Lansoprazole, edoxoban and dapagliflozin. He ll be rattling soon . He has been relatively stable . The ecg showed heart rate of 100 so I presume the cardiologist wants to lower it further . Is

recent diagnosis of cardiomyopathy HF
Hello group I had an AF episode 177/min in June 2023. I went to AE no treatment it resolved on its own. I have been waiting for a cardiology appt. In Dec it happened again. I did not go to AE spoke to GP as I felt I had HF as very breathless. Asked for BNP blood test and echo. BNP over 2000. Jan 2024

Recently diagnosed with aortic regurgitation (leaking aortic valve), I am interested in the experience of others with this. Diagnosed following a stay in hospital with chest pain and high blood pressure as having possible early heart failure, this was confirmed by a heart specialist 3 months later, Dec

I have heart failure. Approx 38% ejection fraction. I'm on Entresto and 6 other tablets including Dapagliflozin, eplerenone , beta blocker, aspirin, and a statin.Tested for new drug to enter trial, but my BNP was too low (44). Feel very fatigued at times but try and walk or do some sort of exercise

Heart failure etc
I have had heart failure for about three years. (LVF) and haven’t done too badly. Now taking Carvedilol, Entresto (lowest dose) Dapagliflozin. I got a respiratory virus about three weeks ago and now my heart rate is fluctuating up and down about 75–100. What does this mean ? I am feeling very tired

Tiredness, fatigue from Dapagliflozin? Heart failure
Does anyone get seriously tired and/or fatigued soon after taking Dapagliflozin? Because I take many meds for the heart failure, I split morning and evening but take the dapa midday! And soon after on the afternoon is when I am super tired and fatigued which can bring on serious anxiety. I am not sure

Dapagliflozin side effects
I had a heart attack and stent fitted over Christmas 2022 and have been on a cocktail of drugs since then but feel in good health. I went for a follow up angioplasty a couple of months ago and it was found that the heart attack had caused permanent damage to my heart (apparently now only 30% efficient

Blood pressure……need advice.
I have Heart failure and take Carvedilol, Dapagliflozin, Entresto (replaced Ramipril) and Spironolactone. Consequently my bp has dropped very low as required. (102/70) Yesterday and today it has gone up to Around 126/ 80 + Why would that happen ? On same doses and not doing anything differently
