Heart failure etc

I have had heart failure for about three years. (LVF) and haven’t done too badly. Now taking Carvedilol, Entresto (lowest dose) Dapagliflozin.

I got a respiratory virus about three weeks ago and now my heart rate is fluctuating up and down about 75–100. What does this mean ? I am feeling very tired…perhaps as a result of the chest infection.

I will be seeing my specialist nurse on Wednesday but meanwhile my imagination is on overdrive !

I am 80.

Hello. If you're having symptoms that are worrying you, perhaps phone your specialist nurse tomorrow, explain you're concerned and ask if you can bring your appointment forward? Or can you contact your GP?
