Side effects from Dapagliflozin 10mg

Hello, I have just started Dapagliflozin 10mg in January to treat my heart failure-added to current regimen of Ramipril and Bisoprolol. Experiencing fatigue, headache, stomach pain/nausea, sweats and reduced appetite. Would like to know how others manage their nutrition/intake to avoid hypoglycemia events and manage side effects. (awaiting call from GP and have emailed cardiologist) TIA

I was on the smallest dose of Bisoprolol for about 6 months until I was admitted to hospital for 12 days with severe asthma. More than one of the doctors I saw whilst in hospital agreed that Bisoprolol could bring on asthma. I was quickly put on another medicine for my AF.

I have no bad experience on bisoprolol, I have been taking it for 5 years, 5mg for afib. It does upset some people

Eating little and often works for me! I seem to be permanently hungry on Dipagliflozin! When I didn't feel like eating much, I drank milk and fruit smoothies
