So far I am 7 months into my Xtandi/BAT experiment and no resistance yet...also I am 10 years out with PCa and have not become castrate resistant...I don't know why but my best guess is God and my supplement protocol...but I don't know which supplements https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5596596

Hello everyone, I’ve just stumbled across this forum😊. I have been on Metformin for about fifteen years. It’s been good at controlling my weight. But lately I’ve been getting headaches, I knew my eyesight seemed to be getting worse very quickly. I had my eyes tested today, and was told that my eyesight

Skeletal muscle fatigue and post-exertional malaise are key symptoms of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis ( ME/CFS). We have previously shown that AMPK activation and glucose uptake are impaired in primary human skeletal muscle cell cultures derived from patients with ME/CFS in response to electrical pulse stimulation

Shall I seek advice or wait?
I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I have been on a plan to help with portion of food to help me. I’ve been on this plan for almost a week. I’ve cut out all sugary foods and drink and have began snacking in fruit and veg. I’ve also started to walk with my step counter. However I feel as it’s not

Curcumin Full Spectrum Liquid Extract - 185x Greater Bioavailability
In the previous discussion on Zyflamend it was revealed that New Chapter changed the formulation and a lot of reviews on Amazon state it is no longer effective. Solgar claims to have developed a liquid extract where just 1 softgel 40 mg is equal to 75 100 mg capsules of standardized curcumin extract.

HGPIN & Statins.
New study below. In a recent thread on 5alpha-reductase inhibitors (e.g. Avodart/Dutasteride), which can dramatically reduce the incidence of indolent low-grade PCa, I posted a study that showed no benefit for men with high-grade PIN [HGPIN]. HGPIN is generally considered to advance to PCa within 12
