New to this group! I am GoodWalkerme.
I have enough dietary
calcium
, so I am taking D3, K2, and Magnesium supplements. My GP did a full blood profile all levels came back within normal parameters. This is very early days for me, and I remain inspired, and supported by the many people who post on this site.

Any success with only one Lap surgery for DIE?
I also take NAC, DIM,
calcium
d glucarate, omega 3, magnesium. All I read is women having multiple surgeries for severe disease. I have adenomyosis too so I know I may need a hysterectomy at some point.

Hyperparathyroidism and Bones
I was reading that you should have ongoing annual check-ups of
calcium
and PTH levels to detect any long-term changes or recurrence of hyperparathyroidism. I feel fine and don't have the symptoms when I was diagnosed in 2014.

Update
The Endocrinologist who is messing with my thyroid wanted me to have another DEXA to assess where I am now and I was delighted that it reported my density was normal for my age, I had low risk of fractures and didn’t need treatment other than
calcium
that I already take.

best bread for osteoporosis
It's all confusing regarding which bread is best a lot of bread nowadays has high salt, a lot of different breads are advertised for osteoporosis, and also the oxalate and phytates that block
calcium
absorption, it's all confusing.

calcium supplement
I would like to know, if it’s beneficial to take
calcium
1200 mg with 1000u D3 for someone who is on trelstar, xtandi and completed radiation. Dexa scan shows osteoarthritis. Stage 4 also with pacemaker. I am asking specifically about
calcium
, I am aware of D3 studies .

Foot Cramps
I am currently taking 600mg pregablin, ramipril, hrt, zapain and naproxen aswell as iron,
calcium

New to CAD
I’m 48 years old and just recently had a
calcium
score done. It’s came back as 312. My cardiologist put me on a statin and told me to take a low dose aspirin 81 mg every day. I was also advised to change my diet and get more cardio exercise.

Hot flushes
I also take vit d,
calcium
and about to incorporate K2. So could the meds be interfering with the HRT or this this just one of the lovely side effects? I am also in the same time frame seeing a recurrence of buttock pain.

calcium scoring
Anyone know the meaning of
calcium
scores? I had a CT angiogram scan yesterday and was told that my
calcium
score is 0. I haven’t had the official report and the only reason I was told is because they did the scan in 2 parts as my heart rate was higher than required for the scan.
