radars, I think peple with osteoporosis all need to take calcium in one form or another. I get most of mine from food but I think that is difficult for you so I think you will have to supplement and I think you have had difficulty in finding a calcium supplement that agrees with you. I thought you were taking AdCal?

I tried all the GPs calcium and they upset my gut so I ended up buying my own algae based calcium and my own vitamin D3 (plus K2-Mk7 , magnesium and boron plus other vitamins and minerals) but the seaweed based calcium has not upset my gut like the other stuff did. This is the one I use togetherhealth.co.uk/produc... I don’t take the full dose as it’s just a top up for m.

I take it with a vitamin D3 capsule - anything from 1000 - 3000 depending on what my vitamin D levels are when I test them.

Thank you, although the vit k ones would be far to high for me. I will have a look at the D3

Have you had a blood test? If your calcium levels are ok then they don’t tell you to supplement so that might be why as my bloods pre infusion were fine so I don’t supplement and bloods before second infusion were still fine so again no supplements we are all different I guess

yeah had my blood test results on Friday, calcium below range, red blood cells below range, and creatinine below range,

Sorry my reply was to Ariel4 as they said they hadn’t been told re calcium that’s why I asked if they had a blood test.

Anyway good luck for your appointment today x

Was not told about anything prior to the ZA infusion. I already have osteoporosis so perhaps it was assumed I already was. Get most of my calcium with food, but I also have an antacid with 1000 mg of calcium in it.
