been to the gp, card carrying PMR now
hallo! well, forty five minutes with the gp. he's confident with pmr diagnosis, but slightly concerned that the corticoids will obscure the things we've been keeping an eye on for the past bunch of time, which is why he was hesitant, and hoping he could get a quick rheumy consult organized. he could

Good afternoon I wondered if someone could help me interpret my blood results. On 25th March I was tested looking for arthritis but they did a thyroid test and it came back abnormal so a week later I tested again, still abnormal but this time T3 was in range. I was referred to Endo who prescribed

Hello Everyone! My mother was diagnosed with ovarian cancer stage 3c last year. Initially she had 6 cycles of chemo and the they did hysterectomy and omentectomy . Doctor said it’s not spread to the intestines which is a great news. And we were happy that mom would be fine. But after 6 months she had

Help with Lab Results
Hello wonderful people, I would be really grateful for some help interpreting my Blue Horizon thyroid test results. I'm wondering how significant it is that my anti-TPO result is high, while the rest of the results seem perfectly normal. (Took test at 8am, after 12 hour fast with no iron or other vitamin

Blood test results.
Hi wonder workers! following my blood test of 2 weeks ago at 9.20 am I was surprised to find a printout in mailbox from the Endocrinologist. So basically many tests that were low or below range are now high. I will mostly include those tests that are now low or high. There is no blood sugar or cholesterol

Internal vibration
Hi, I've been quiet on here as mostly plodding on and getting through my days as best as possible but am popping back with a question in the hope that someone can share some insight. For reference I'm 51, was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2010 (and have a lot of associated issues with that) additionally

So itchy I could claw my skin off.
I have been in contact with my midwife who suggested I try
calamine
cream, which I have, it’s only a short term relief. I’ve also just had my flu jag on Friday, so I did think it could be a slight reaction to that.
