Anyone know how to relieve the itching due to ALD,please It's driving me mad, I've tried CALAMINE but not very effective.

i need serious help with my chilblaines, any solutions please?
i have chilblains on my fingers i am using
calamine
lotion and balmosa cream but neither really give me any relief, on a night they burn up and get really itchy and im now fed up to a point of nearly crying

Hunger
i am always hungry is this a sympton of an underactive thyroid, I can't seem to satisfy my hunger and i hate it surely it shouldnt be like this. Also lately I have started to get a hoarse voice again and my whole body aches and my skin is dry and I also have "IBS" which was diagnosed a few years ago

Blood test results
Hi I collected my blood test results today and I wonder if u could help me understan them: Plasma free T4 level 10.6 pmol/L (6.3 - 14.0) Plasma TSH level. 17.16 mu/L (0.3 _ 5.6) above high reference limit B12 and Folate Serum vitamin B12 level >1500 pg/ml (180.0 - 914.0) above high reference

Feel low and abandoned after tamoxifen reaction
Had to go back yesterday as got worse and only had
calamine
lotion given, different doctor ( you can never see same one twice, big practice). He prescribed steroids and antihistamine. Rash spreading all over, itchy, prickly, cannot sleep, cannot do anything, paranoid about going out in sunshine.

Do let me know even if it is temporary I have tried
calamine
lotion and anthisan to name but a few. Think I will chop my nails of next and file them down ! It will keep me occupied. :) itchy gin

Rash with Caelyx
The ones on her legs have got worse over the last 2 weeks, very itchy, she has tried

lotion, avoided baths but taken showers not to hot though but nothing seems to work at reducing the itching and soreness.
