I have paroxysmal afib that comes on every few days. I am on propanolol ER and when it occurs I take flecainide 100mg PIP. It stops after a few hours. But lately flec has not been too effective. My cardiologist wants me to switch the propafenone 225mg. as PIP. Has anyone had any experience with this
