Looking for an APS specialist in the San Francisco Bay area
Hi Everyone! I have been suffering from POTS for over 7 years, and have had various ANA and C4 complement blood tests come back borderline over the years as well. Most recently I got a borderline positive result for igG and Igm cardiolipins and am desperately trying to find a specialist in the area

Immunoglobulin Deficiencies Benice Johns Protein’s TEST Results.
Well recived results of urine test and blood test AND my immunoglobulin’s are low again AND my vitamin D as vanished. Even tho my vitamin D had vanished I could not get them on prescription. I think it’s bad when your results say you need it but have to 💰 Yet more things NHS are cutting back on. Anyway

I’ve been on Ibrutinib and Venetoclax since May and all in all have been feeling great. Last weekend I had something new, in that my resting heart rate was 160+ and no beta blocker could slow it down below 120 and then only for an hour or two. Anyway, one trip to the operating table where they performed

Positive ANA and history of tests.
Hello, I want to provide a clear history of facts. Last December, I experienced joint pain, my hands were burning for no reason, and my joints were cracking. I felt really run down as well. I ordered my GP (where I had to pay for private referral to rheumy...) to send me there and test me for Sjogren's

Rituximab immunology
Morning all, I am on Rituximab and have been on it since 2009, I usually have infusions every 9 to 12 months. I am currently undergoing tests for another condition and in doing that they have established that my immune system has taken a battering. My IGM is <0.20 and my IGG is 5.79. My rheumatologist

Waldenstroms - reduced dosage Ibrutinib
My wife has WM. IGM 2200 - 18 months of Ibrutinib @ 420 per day IGM drops to 145. All ok until Bilirubin abnormal 6 months ago. Changed dosage to 280. Bilirubin now normal. All other blood work normal but IGM started to increase now @250. My question is this. Does this rise in IGM suggest a new normal

Personal Update and Dr. Byrd on What We Don't Know
Hi, I have been negligent in posting but I have an excuse or actually several. Been working hard to get back to my baseline with my knee arthritis and pain through swimming and physical therapy. Still anemic and tired, but getting better. The trip to Stockholm for EHA to present our research didn’t help
