Trying to get rid of the last stone!
I managed to get down to 11st by myself by February 2015, just by cutting out rubbish,
breastfeeding
(well expressing - she couldn't breastfeed directly as she had a cleft lip and palate) and running around after the kids. The eldest one is now 6 so they keep me pretty busy.

Is this as good as it gets?
I was
breastfeeding
so no aspirin. I took twice daily lovenox through two successful pregnancies in 2013 and 2015.

Grave's and Breastfeeding - Clueless and in need of help please!
I have now been diagnosed with Grave’s disease and was initially put on PTU as I am still
breastfeeding
. However, soon after starting the drug I developed a very sore throat and ulcers on my tongue so stopped taking the tablets as advised.

I'm still
breastfeeding
my 28 month old daughter so for this reason and the bad things I read about painkillers, I try to stay off them, but sometimes I have to take some paracetamol... I'm on a mix of NDT and T3 - just switched to NDT and T3 from T3 only in March (gradually).

had a meltdown so lost so frustrated need to vent...
I quickly lost the majority of baby weight thanks to
breastfeeding
- but became stuck - and a year on after gruelling amounts of fitness sessions, running and countless diets - I am still stuck..

scared of PP happening again..
I was
breastfeeding
too without any difficulties and I was delighted with that. After the first week my husband had to go back to work as he had just started a new job. I was confident that I could manage great on my own. Unfortunately I was wrong! I had no family close by for support.

New to this
Now as I slowly stopped
breastfeeding
to no a full stop. I am in agony. I put the longer heavier periods down to the coil but this never ending period is the worst I've ever experienced. I ended up going to the docs because the cramps got so bad I was sure I was have a miscarriage.

We want to try for another baby later on in the year but I know it's a lot more difficult whilst
breastfeeding
, plus my periods haven't returned!! Thanks!

Confused about whether to breastfeed
Hi, I'm only 10 weeks pregnant right now but I'm starting to feel the pressure already about
breastfeeding
. Although I want the baby to have my milk, I'm not that inclined to be tied into constantly
breastfeeding
as I feel that would stop my husband from being able to bond properly.

Could this have happened or are these just thoughts?
I had to stay in hospital and I am
breastfeeding
so had only a few hours sleep in those few days as he wanted to feed constantly. All was fine until one night where I fell asleep for about an hour an a half. ( still in hospital) Before I fell asleep I managed to settle baby.

Are these thoughts normal? Is this anxiety?

Diet while injecting for IVF/ICSI?
I have searched online and it seems my splenda that I have in my tea is safe for pregnancy and
breastfeeding
. But I'm sure someone told me artificial sweeteners are bad? Has anyone else heard this?

Is this really endometriosis or something else?
I tried to go back on the pill (had been off mostly for the last 6 years due to pregnancy and
breastfeeding
but suffered extreme nausea every time I took it. After three different pills and a week of anti nausea meds I was finally able to take it.

Baby 11 months and feeling bloody miserable!
I cry at nearly everything, hate leaving her to go to work, want to cuddle her all the time, miss the
breastfeeding
(is it possible to start producing milk again after 6 months of not
breastfeeding
?)

Second baby due in July - considering expressing a bit of colostrum 1-2 weeks before - any thoughts?
I won't be
breastfeeding
this time as I don't want to pass any meds on and I can't feed on Aripriprizole anyway - plus this frees me to sleep. I'll give the first breast feed then start meds & exclusively bottle feed. I just wondered if anyone expressed colostrum a couple of weeks before due date?

Looking for my lost determination!
I'm quite surprised to find myself here, as I've always had a fairly stable weight (outside of pregnancies and child birth), but after I stopped
breastfeeding
my twins, my weight has crept up and I'm finding it hard to shift. I've never "dieted" before.

FET whilst breastfeeding
Does anyone have any info about doing a medicated FET and
breastfeeding
. Looking at going for baby number 2 (our first conceived through ICSI) but I'm still feeding mostly at night and my little man doesn't seem anywhere near ready to stop.

Who should I be referred to? Bowel issues
Fast forward through IVF journey, blessed to have my little boy and
breastfeeding
I had no periods and therefore no major issues for several years (some complex bladder issues during pregnancy thought to be endo related but manageable) however since my periods returned 10 months ago things have steadily
