So I had my scratch this week and will hopefully start Injecting next Wednesday so for the last few weeks I've been eating lots of protein and cutting out things that make me bloated. I thought this would help as when I did IVF last time I was so bloated and uncomfortable because of the drugs so I figured avoiding the goods that will make it worse should help (bread and fizzy drinks etc). Also drinking my minimim water intake, cut out coffee and have started decaf Yorkshire tea.
I have searched online and it seems my splenda that I have in my tea is safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding. But I'm sure someone told me artificial sweeteners are bad? Has anyone else heard this? I only have it in tea and I don't really want to sugar my tea after all these years of not having it lol advice? Xx
