Expressing / breastfeeding / formula
I would LOVE to carry on
breastfeeding
/expressing as much as possible to give her the best natural nutrition possible, but am considering introducing a formula bottle 1-2 times a day to top her up and to try and help my stress/frustration levels.

Could Amitriptyline be the cause of my hot flushes
I had reduced my dosage due to pregnancy and
breastfeeding
. However I've recently increased my dose back up to 50mg, and I've been having terrible hot flushes day and night. I remember having hot flushes before this pregnancy but can't remember it being this bad.

Breastfeeding fast flow
I need some advice on feeding. I seem to have such a fast flow of milk that my baby gulps it all down and then ends up being really sick. I've tried to catch the 'let down' but it seems to go on for ages and he sometimes still ends up drowning in milk, especially first thing in a morning when there has

Pituitary tumour in pregnancy
Due to this he'll be born by scheduled cesarean at 37 weeks and some docs are telling me
breastfeeding
is off the cards for my own health, others saying its OK to give it a go and monitor me closely. Any experience on pregnancy/the birth itself /
breastfeeding
would be really appreciated.

Breastfeeding blocked ducts,help!
I’ve got some lecethin on order (which the
breastfeeding
support worker recommended). Anyone got any other bright ideas to shift it? Has anyone tried lecethin? Does it shift the blockage or just prevent them in the future? Thanks.

Breastfeeding - every 3-4 hrs or whenever baby wants it??
Hi, I’m a new mum, my baby is just over 3 weeks old, I am
breastfeeding
but am confused re timings - I’ve been told to feed every 3-4 hours but I have also been told to follow his lead and feed whenever he wants so if he doesn’t want it yet is it ok to go past 4 hours and wait till he does want it?

Help, baby with reflux
Hi, so our 5 month old have reflux, but we think its just mild reflux, when my girlfriend was
breastfeeding
LO was spitting all day , now when we went on formula, she stopped. She still brings up tiny bits here and there but northing worrying. Gaining weight and so on.

Do babies know when to stop eating while breastfeeding? I think mine over eats in just one session.
Is it possible to over feed your baby while your
breastfeeding
them? Cause my baby doesn’t seem to know when to stop until he’s about to explode but by then he’s very cranky cause he doesn’t feel well for being to full.

Heart palps, shortness of breath, high heart rate?
I had a baby two months ago, and just stopped
breastfeeding
so my milk is almost dried up, started the process about a week ago. So I know a hormone change comes with that and my hormones are leveling out still.

Amlodipine - increased dose - overdosing - effects - waxing lyrical
Do not take Q10 when pregnant or
breastfeeding
. All was well until this year, quite recently, my average blood pressure rose to S148 D85 P72. My dose of Amlodipine was increased to two 5mg tablets each day and my average BP fell to S127 D70 P58.

Do I have endometriosis?
I stopped
breastfeeding
in March and my periods returned and it has been awful ever since. Each month is worse then the previous one. I have painful ovulation and then the periods are heavy and agonising . It hurts to urinate, open my bowel even to sit on the toilet at the moment.

Baby and hip dysplasia
I am struggling with finding a comfortable
breastfeeding
position. I also find it awkward holding hers she is so big and bulky. Can anyone offer any advice please? Also, I know marks and spencer sell a limited (6 or so pieces) hip dysplasia range of clothing but is it worth investing?
