Breastfeeding fast flow

I need some advice on feeding. I seem to have such a fast flow of milk that my baby gulps it all down and then ends up being really sick. I've tried to catch the 'let down' but it seems to go on for ages and he sometimes still ends up drowning in milk, especially first thing in a morning when there has been a slightly longer stretch between feeds.

How do I get this under control? He is 10 weeks I thought it would have settled down by now.

Thanks!

Have you tried to feed leaning back so that he has to work against gravity to get the milk? There's a few other positions you could try holding him on so that your leaning back and he is more upright. Thanks. I tried this a while ago but struggled to get a good latch from that angle. I will give it another go now he is a bit better at feeding. Thanks!

I had a similar problem with my little girl. Maybe try expressing a little just before that first feed ☺️
