Low folate?
My son is nearly 2 and I’m still
breastfeeding
. I had looked into it being hormonal as I’m 43. Was tested for diabetes, all fine. I have hypothyroidism and we reduced it but all it did was give me hypo symptoms (obviously!) B12 was good but I don’t think they tested folate.

Contraception After Birth
He said it was safe to take while I was
breastfeeding
and I could take it from my baby being 3 weeks old. I have not started taking it yet but because I did not take it on day 21 do I have to start taking it when I start my period again or can I just start taking it on any day?

Breastfeeding and coronavirus
Hello all, Just wondered does anyone knows what the advice is for
breastfeeding
if you have coronavirus/been in contact with someone that has? I know the NHS has stated that pregnant women should be extra careful, but cant seem to find any information on
breastfeeding
.

Breastfeeding and periods
So Llewy is 7 weeks now and I'm
breastfeeding
. I didn't think I would have a period but I'm having some light bleeding. Anyone else have this? 🤷🏽♀️

Copper coil and periods
Even the doctor that fitted this coil just wouldn’t believe that I was exclusively
breastfeeding
my youngest and yet period returned at 6 weeks postpartum. I just figured my body wanted more babies so I’d better delay that a bit!

Two periods in one month, unsure what it means.
I’ve started getting periods following 17 months
breastfeeding
back in December. So far everything has seemed to be fairly clock work. I’ve got the implant in, had it since October 2018, a few months after I had my daughter.

Managing symptoms while breastfeeding
I recently gave birth 5 months ago. In those months I had a couple of flare ups of neuropathy that multiple B12 injections were able to get rid of. However when 4mo rolled around, my symptoms were worse than they have ever been. Dizziness, GI issues, and horrible neuropathy in my one leg. My usual increase

Breastfeeding challenges and Cluster feeding
My 3 week old boy has just taken to
breastfeeding
(with nipple sheilds) however today he has only had 5 minutes away from the breast which is so tiring but also so hard to be able to eat/sleep/shower/move! I know cluster feeding is normal but I feel it’s a bit excessive?

Does my 6 month old have a normal appetite?
So my boy is still
breastfeeding
on demand, I don't think he's getting any less breastmilk. But he's always so hungry. So I'm giving him 3 meals a day and feeding him until he doesn't want any more each time, then
breastfeeding
after the meal.

Thank you to everyone, time out has given me a chance to reflect
I was pushed into
breastfeeding
. At my 3 day check with the midwives I couldn't stop crying. I was struggling so much to breastfeed. Despite my very low mood, I was pushed to continue.
