Concussion or more serious head injury? Please help!
But I remain utterly convinced that perhaps I had a more serious TBI, maybe even a
brain
haemorrhage
, and that the damage is far more serious than I first thought. Did I have a concussion, or a more serious and undiagnosed brain injury? I still don't know the answer to that question.

Shingles Vaccination
Hi all could someone please tell me if you can have the shingles vaccination if you're on methotrexate as it's a live vaccine. My GP surgery keeps leaving messages to tell me I'm entitled to it. I know its awful but I just don't trust them to get it right.

Stroke following DBS surgery.

Epilepsy starting to worsen.
I firstly started with epilepsy in 1985 and for 15 years really suffered with it. After that time, I was put on the medication I'm on now which controlled it to a point. However, over the last few months it seems like it's come back with a vengeance. I've started to have seizures of a day time leaving

Eye test & brain tumours
When you have an eye test can they see if you have a brain tumour? I've been worrying myself sick thinking I have a brain tumour and I booked a doctors appointment but that's not until the end of the month. :( I've heard people saying how they found out they had a tumour when they had an eye test.

Etanercept and tetanus
Hello, Hope some one can help. I have just received a bite from our dog (we were playing and my hand hit her tooth and broke the skin) I have rung the doctors and they have asked me to go and get a tetanus booster, but I am unsure as to whether I can have it whilst on Etanercept. Has anyone else had

Who knew that a brain haemorrhage is actually a stroke?!
I had a subarachnoid haemorrhage (basilar artery aneurysm) in 1989. About a year later, a friend gave me a book entitled "Stroke"! I said "I haven't had a stroke I've had a haemorrhage"...."Read the book..." And yes, my haemorrhage is a type of stroke. A bit upset to have had a stroke at tender age
